Keeps everything you own supported, maintained, and on the latest version, and sets the pace of refinements from your backlog. Brand-new systems and custom additions are always priced on their own, with a build price and a monthly.
Your rollout
Updates as you choose. Each bar ends at go-live, and that system's monthly begins that day. We confirm a schedule before each build; most systems land within 30 to 90 days, and from there the plan stays modular: add a system when you need it, retire one when you don't.

Your team's own Claude seats, billed to you directly by Anthropic on your own subscription. That is the only AI cost that sits outside this plan.
We cover
Every token our tools consume. Client Intelligence, the Studios, the Workamajig connector, all of it. The cost is folded into your monthly, with no separate token bill and no markup.
